I was part of a panel at the virtual Corporate Directors Forum, held Feb. 1-3, 2021. - One of the board’s top priorities is oversight of company risk management strategies. Recent events have underscored the need for Boards and management teams to reassess how they fulfill this obligation.
- This panel will discuss the Board’s role in risk oversight and will examine whether an increased role for directors in this process could (and/or should) upend the traditional balance of responsibilities between boards and management teams.
