I was at Risk-In22 today in Zurich, Switzerland to present about how to reevaluate the risk and resilience status quo. They invited a Ukrainian illustrator to visualize my presentation — such a cool initiative!
My session was about informing the choices leadership must make in a post-Covid world by providing tactical insight on how to strengthen and improve enterprise-wide business continuity practices as well as an enhanced understanding of future trends in risk and resilience.
Leaders across business and government are re-evaluating the status quo and evaluating lessons learned as we emerge (maybe!) from the Covid-19 pandemic. One of the board’s top priorities is oversight of company risk management strategies, and recent events have underscored the need for both boards and management teams to reassess how they fulfill this obligation.
Risk-In is an event for risk professionals that attempts to bridge the silos to better manage risks including captive insurance, ESG, cyber risk, and people risks.
